Throwing Camp at USAT National Training Center in Orlando, Florida

COST: $325 (Include $25 for facility fee and insurance.) Fee includes John Powell's Throwing video/DVD.

LOCATION: The USA Triathlon National Training Center is located in Clermont, FL 34711. The facility includes a 400 meter track with 2 throwing areas, an Aquatic Center with a 70 meter by 25 yard pool and a Fitness Center for strength and conditioning. Telephone: (888) 841-7995.

TRANSPORTATION
AIR: Orlando International Airport is served by most domestic carriers.

GROUND: The Training Center is just 35 minutes from
Orlando International Airport. Numerous shuttle services are available at the airport. Contact Kim Bussman or Don DeNoon at the USAT-NTC, extension 4254 for various options and discounted rates.

ATTRACTIONS: Ask about discounts for Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Medieval Times, the Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland and others.

REGISTRATION: Register at the USAT-NTC on the first day of Camp between 12:00PM and 2:00PM.

PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due with registration. Checks should be made payable to John Powell Associates.
